Mission Statement
The Decatur ISD Education Foundation will generate and distribute resources to the Decatur Independent School District for programs and projects that enhance the quality of education and provide students with opportunities to become contributing citizens in our increasingly complex world.

- Support staff for innovative efforts
- Recognize staff for exemplary performance
- Build community awareness for the Decatur ISD Education Foundation
- Inspire parents and community to participate with the school district in enriching education
About Us
The Decatur ISD Education Foundation is a non-profit 501 c3 corporation founded for the purpose of raising and providing support for the teachers and students of Decatur ISD. Monies raised are invested and distributed through a competitive grant and scholarship program. Since 2003, the Foundation has awarded over in innovative teaching grants to fund classroom initiatives.
