Free/Reduced Lunches
The National School Lunch/Breakfast Program offers free or reduced price meals to students who qualify. An application must be submitted yearly in order to qualify for this program.
Only one (1) application per family is required. Please list all students on one application.
Applications are available at the child nutrition office, all school campus offices, all cafeterias, or online. We must have an original signed application on file. We can NOT accept e-mailed or faxed copies. To download an application click below.
SEVERE FOOD ALLERGY/DISABILITY
Students with disabilities as defined under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the American Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), the Education of the Handicapped Act (IDEA) and students with a physician's assessment of food allergies that may result in a severe, life threatening (anaphylactic) reaction will be accomodated regarding special diets as specified by a licensed physician.
