My name is Kathy Fowler, and I am the Life Skills Teacher at McCarroll Middle School. This is my 9th year to be at Decatur ISD. I graduated with a Bachelors of Science from TWU, my major is Education grades 1-6 and my minor is Special Education ages 3-21. I am here to do my best to serve our students.
