•      My name is Celina Howerton.  I have three daughters and my husband is a firefighter for the city of Ft. Worth.  All three of my children attended and graduated from Decatur High School which has made us huge Eagle fans over the years.   I have one granddaughter that attends Rann Elementary and I am super excited about her growing up as a Decatur Eagle.
I graduated in 1991 from Texas Woman's University with a major in Elementary Education and a minor in Physical Education.  I taught second grade for three years, third grade for three, kindergarten for four and coached junior high girls' sports for one year.  I am starting my fourth year as the math special education inclusion teacher and love working at the high school.
I am also coaching Freshman, JV and Varsity cheer.  I have an amazing group of students and they are making every day awesome.  I have gained a lot of experience in cheer throughout the years beginning with my own participation, coaching early on in my teaching career and having all of my kids in cheer since they were very young.  I am now enjoying watching my granddaughter as she participates in competition cheer and in the local youth programs.
I am also available at 7:30 in the morning for tutorials. Below is my contact information.
