44 students from Decatur High School and McCarroll Middle School participated in the All-Region Choir Competition this weekend. 13 DHS students qualified to advance to Pre-Area in their journey to make it to the All-State Choir. This number of students competing at this level is a direct result of the tireless work put into the program by Chris and Clare Yuresek, the Decatur ISD fine arts department and the students and families.
