Webber’s unique background spans from high school algebra teacher and counselor in Fort Worth to various leadership roles within Northwest ISD and Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD, including bilingual teacher, dual language instructor, dyslexia interventionist, ESL instructional coach, and principal at multiple grade levels – including elementary, middle, and high school.

"I am truly honored and excited to join Decatur ISD," said Webber. "I believe in the power of collaboration and innovation to create exceptional learning environments. I look forward to working closely with our educators, students, families, and community to foster a culture of continuous growth and to ensure every child thrives."

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Rice University, her master’s degree in special education from Texas Christian University, and her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University. A mom of two, Webber and her husband Scott enjoy cheering on their sons, Elijah and Stephen, in baseball, basketball, and football.
