Hello!  I am the Dyslexia Therapist at Rann Elementary School in Decatur Independent School District.  I was raised in West Texas, spent a few years in the Houston area, and have called Decatur home for almost 10 years. My husband is a fire fighter, my son plays football at DHS, and my daughter cheers and plays sports at McCarroll Middle School. 

 I love being a Decatur Eagle! 

I have worked as a speech therapist and taught all elementary levels. Prior to working in Decatur, I was in Fort Worth.   I did my CALT training at Scottish Rite Hospital. In DISD we use the Take Flight Intervention program.  I love learning about the AMAZING way the brain learns to read!  I am excited to support and develop skilled readers through this WONDERFUL YEAR ahead!
