This week, sixth grade scientists had the opportunity to identify prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells through the lenses of our brand new cordless, battery-charged microscopes. 🔬 We'd like to send a HUGE thank you 🙏🏻 to the Decatur Education Foundation for awarding the grant to purchase these portable, practical, and innovative tools! This microscope design makes it possible for all MMS students (and their traveling teachers!) to learn through exploration. 🧫 #CELLfietime #futureEinsteins

In order to maintain a secure testing environment, MMS will be a closed campus for all STAAR Test administration dates. All grades will complete the Reading STAAR on April 19. 8th Graders take the Science STAAR on April 26 and the History STAAR on April 27. Finally, all students will complete the Math STAAR on May 3.
