It may STILL be Election Week in America, but the votes have been cast and counted in the McCarroll Middle School Student Council election. The results are in, and our 2022 StuCo officers are Marley Ballard (President), Jazlyn Flores (Vice President), Hannah Sears (Treasurer), Luke Lowery (Secretary), and Daisy Flores (Historian).
We're proud to announce that Student Council is BACK, and these officers, along with their fellow Student Council members, are already hard at work. Their latest endeavor was to serve wherever needed on Veterans Day - and man, were they a HUGE help! From the Texas Giant to Mr. Freeze to magnificent marble models...roller coasters are SO MUCH FUN! 6th graders were THRILLED to experiment with roller coaster design today. They've been studying Newton's Laws, potential, and kinetic energy. Our mini mechanical engineers were tasked with designing and building an operational roller coaster using insulation tubing, a marble, and painters tape. #mmsthemepark
