⚠️ DISD Alert ⚠️ Multiple fire departments from throughout Wise County are assisting in fighting a grass fire in Decatur, near U.S. Business 81/287 South. Students and staff are safe, but 287 is closed in between Carson Elementary and Hale Street. As a result, all DISD bus routes have been re-routed. Student drop off times will be delayed. It's official! Soccer is coming to McCarroll Middle School following the school board's approval during its September meeting. Details will be provided in the coming months.

Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations have begun at Decatur ISD schools, including school performances by the Abuelitos Unidos!

Calling all vendors!! It is hard to believe that the start of school is just around the corner! DISD is hosting a vendor fair in conjunction with our 2024 Convocation on August 5th. Our staff will have time before and after the program to visit and shop at the vendor fair. Help us welcome our staff back in style while letting them know what your business or agency has to offer. Approximately 500 staff members will attend this event. Vendor spots are limited due to space. Register by July 31st.
