
Dismissal - School dismisses at 3:20pm.
Pre-K students, AIMS, and LEAP students will be dismissed from the cafeteria (north end). Parents will need to park and walk up with their car tags.
However, Pre-K students with siblings will be dismissed from the front of the building with their older siblings.
Kindergarten thru 5th-grade students will be dismissed from the front of the building.
PARENTS WILL NEED TO STAY IN THEIR CAR and display your pick-up tag. Our wonderful staff will load your students. Lanes are not grade-level specific.
Students will not be dismissed to anyone who walks up or anyone that does not have the appropriate pick-up tag.

Arrival Information-
School starts at 7:50am. Students are considered tardy after 7:55am. Morning drop-off is at the front of the building. Please do not drop students off in the bus loop or in the parking lot. For safety purposes, we will run one line and have wonderful staff unloading cars / assisting students. If you wish to walk your student to the front door, please park in the front parking lot and use the crosswalk. Parents will be allowed to walk students in the building to class from August 10th to August 18th.
Monday, August 21st will be “Independence Day” where students will begin to walk to class independently and parents will only be able to drop off through the drop-off line or at the front door.

Cass has been in education for 5 years.
She enjoys being around kids and feels the more impact she can make in their lives, the better. Cass says she is excited to be at Young Elementary so that she can learn from some great educators. Cass enjoys being outside, anything active, basketball, and being with friends and family.
Jinger Bruneau, soon to be Jinger O'Malley, has been working in the school system as either a substitute or a Paraprofessional for 7 yrs. Jinger has 2 children, Benjamin 24, Breanna 22, and a dog named Brisket. She is soon to be the wife of Lorn O'Malley and gaining 2 bonus daughters Brianna 23 and Hannah 19. Jinger loves gardening, kayaking, reading, and cruising.
Also, on the ECSE team are Maria Webster and Misty Horton. We are thankful for these 4 ladies and all of their hard work.

Ms. Jacobsen has been in the education field for 18+ years. Throughout these years, she has subbed, worked as a para in resource, PASS teacher, and life skills.
Ms. Jacobsen loves the outdoors, gardening, camping, and traveling.
Ms. Walter has 2 years in education.
She has been married for almost 12 years and has a daughter named Katherine who is 7 and a dog named Holly. Ms. Walter loves crafting, sewing, quilting, and golfing.
This is Ms. Meador's first year in education and she is excited to return to Young, where she actually attended elementary school!
