We’re so proud of our very own Seeley Anderson, who was honored this morning as an American Heart Association "Survivor." ❤️ This year, we’re dedicating our Kids Heart Challenge to Seeley! Funds raised through the Kids Heart Challenge support life-saving research, helping kids like Seeley live longer, stronger, and healthier lives. Our goal is to raise $20,000.00 for the American Heart Association and for all families to learn Hands-Only CPR! This year, Young’s Kids Heart Challenge is dedicated to our very own 1st grader, Seeley! Kids Heart Challenge funds research that helps kids, like Seeley, have longer & stronger lives. Decatur ISD's school campuses will be closed on Thursday, Jan. 9, 2024, due to the high potential for inclement weather. All school events, extracurricular activities, and facility rentals will also be canceled on Thursday, Jan. 9. Please remember that Friday, Jan. 10 is a Student Holiday.
